Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos and reels to be posted on our social media platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and monitor our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content and strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Marketing expertise with the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and come to our office for filming as needed.
