**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in AMIT, Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating content, and working with other departments to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- $75,000 plus Super
