Sportscape Constructions is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.

As a Marketing Executive at **Sportscape**, you will be responsible for promoting our construction services, including civil works, landscaping projects, and sports field installations. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and offline campaigns, generating leads, and strengthening relationships with industry partners, clients, and communities. You will work collaboratively with the sales and project teams to highlight project successes, showcase our expertise, and drive brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business growth and brand positioning in the civil and landscaping sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies in construction, landscaping, and sports field development.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, brochures, and newsletters, to showcase Sportscape's projects and services.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and community engagement activities to promote Sportscape’s services.
- Represent Sportscape at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand visibility.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and project timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
**Typical Skills Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in construction, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
