**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and interactive workshops to ensure practical understanding and effective use of equipment.
- Tailor training sessions to meet the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality educational materials such as brochures, instructional videos, and webinars.
- Write engaging and insightful articles for social media, newsletters, and other platforms to promote product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Ensure all content reflects clinical accuracy and aligns with our brand tone of voice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with occupational therapy groups, associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Support distributors by providing education and resources to strengthen their confidence in our products.
- Act as the clinical liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align educational initiatives with business goals.
- Provide clinical insights and feedback to support product improvement and innovation.
- Support strategies to expand market reach and improve the adoption of our products.
**Qualifications**
- Clinical background with a degree in Occupational Therapy or Nursing with a post graduate qualification in Education.
- AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in healthcare equipment prescription or a similar clinical role.
- Previous experience in education, training, or public speaking is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into accessible content.
- Familiarity with social media and content creation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
