Our distribution model is based on a mix of direct sales and e-business solutions including our E-Shop, App and E-Procurement platforms. As a valuable member of the **Customer Service Team**, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and our customers. You will be joining a team already dedicated and highly motivated in our new state of the art facility in Dandenong South.
**Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing exceptional phone based service and support to our salesforce and customers
- Data Processing
- Providing administrative support as required

- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work from 8.00am to 5.00pm with occasional later shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
- Knowledge of our products would be an advantage but not essential
