As a valuable member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and our customers. You will be joining a team already dedicated and highly motivated in our new state of the art facility in Dandenong South.
**Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Providing exceptional phone based service and support to our salesforce and customers
- Data Processing
- Providing administrative support as required

**To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess**:

- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Excellent communication, data processing and attention to detail skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work from 8.00am to 5.00pm with occasional later shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
