**Australian Bus & Truck Care** are seeking a customer centric **Service Advisor** to join our close-knit team on a permanent, full-time basis

As the face of our Service department, you will be a trusted partner to variety of our key customers. Your day will involve tending to customer queries over the phone and face to face, scheduling service bookings and general administration duties. You will work closely with your team members and technicians to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and a positive experience from our department.

This opportunity is best suited to an organised and efficient individual with Customer Service experience. If you have a strong willingness to learn and experience in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you

**About The Role**:

- Manage service and repair booking enquiries
- Process warranty and invoices, quote jobs, and support workshop team
- Cultivate strong customer relationships with a ”Customer First” mindset.
- Coordinate with workshop to ensure timely completion of all work
- Efficiently process invoices and purchase orders
- Identify and document any additional service requirements

**About You**:

- Demonstrated Service Advisor experience within the Automotive industry
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Service driven ethic with the ability to understand and help our customers
- Commitment to professional and personal development
- Good organisational skills, particularly time management and prioritisation
- Availability to work overtime when required

**The Company**

ABTC is a Fleet Truck Processing and Customisation centre and a Repair, Parts and Service Centre for Mercedes Benz, Freight Liner, Fuso, Iveco, Irizar, Volgren and many other Brands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
