They are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable professional to join their team based in Tullamarine as soon as possible

**Key Responsibilities**
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working within a medium sized team, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Timely and accurate invoice processing on a daily basis
- Completing weekly & ad hoc payment runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Handling customer queries
- Set up new vendors and suppliers in the system
- Maintain and handle the AP inbox
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, as well as the following attributes:

- First class communication, from both a verbal and written perspective
- High level interpersonal and time management skills, with a passionate attitude
- A positive up beat nature and ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
