Currently, they require an Accounts Payable Team Leader to permanently lead a medium sized accounts function. **The Role & Responsibilities**
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the role will involve the following responsibilities:

- Leading and mentoring a team of Accounts Payable Officers
- Being a key driver of system and process improvements
- Play a key role in the strategic direction and expansion of the organisation
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Month end supplier statement reconciliations
- Relevant reporting duties
- Resolve escalated supplier queries
- Other duties as requested by the Finance Manager as required
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment
- Excellent system orientation and problem solving skill
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking with a keen desire to improve processes
