Bookkeeper - Part Time / Recepionist

We're a steel fabrication business in Tullamarine, we are looking for an accounting/bookkeeping/receptionist lady to join our team for one or two days a week.

Work involved:

- Inputting invoices payable and receivable into Xero accounting software.
- Generating profitability reports through accounting software.
- Generating payslips through accounting software.
- Keeping the director in the loop with accounts payable.
- Reminding director of certain payments/jobs/meetings etc.

Must have:

- Experience in accounting.
- Friendly positive attitude.
- Excellent knowledge and use of Xero accounting software.

Pay and hours:

- Happy to negotiate an hourly rate or a fixed rate per day.
- One or two days a week work.
- Work to be completed on-site at desk with a computer.
- Opportunity for full-time in the future if needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Xero: 3 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Tullamarine, VIC 3043 (required)
