**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change leader to join the Faculty of Business and Economics at a transformative time. As the Associate Director - Organisational Change and Strategic Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and implementing a variety of impactful University-wide and Faculty-specific initiatives. You will drive projects that enhance compliance, research management, and staff engagement, all while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Translate and deliver a range of University-wide and Faculty led change initiatives designed to support the realisation of operational strategy and operational sustainability
- Partner with Faculty stakeholders and University Service Business Partners (HR, Finance, University Communications & Marketing) to plan and guide the implementation of University-wide policy, programs and systems changes
- For each change agenda, build and execute a consolidated and coherent change and engagement program that provides clarity and support to all staff impacted by changes.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, effectively converting objectives into achievable tasks and prioritizing work. You are adept at finding common ground among stakeholders with disparate views, fostering trust and engagement through proactive communication.

You will also have:

- Degree or above qualification in Business, Change Management or Project Management or related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated capability of leading and managing projects and change, and working within a complex and devolved framework of governance, policy, decision-making processes and stakeholders.
- Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with a variety of audiences across the institution and build buy-in.
- Demonstrated experience working across large change programs with the ability to anticipate obstacles, challenge the status quo, and introduce new approaches and new ways of working.
