**About the role**
Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy and Channels (DSC), and a member of the DSC leadership team, the Associate Director Digital Product Management will lead the product development function to create and deliver best in sector digital experiences that align to the University’s overall digital strategy. A critical focus of the role is coaching, developing and training of the team to enable high performance. The role holder will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and performance of the University’s shared digital assets ensuring alignment across the University, faculty and school websites, leveraging data and technology stack capabilities to meet business objectives. Overseeing the development and delivery of digital channels, the appointee will coordinate large digital products and projects and resolve complex challenges across the University. Key to the role is working effectively with the developers, UX and designers in the DSC Digital Operations team, to contribute to delivering digital UX, managing an evolving digital design system and realise the overarching digital transformation strategy.
**About you**
You are a proven people-centred leader, with a track record developing, coaching and motivating high performing digital product teams, in complex organisations that can foster contemporary digital environments in terms of both culture and delivery. Your ability to deliver contemporary digital market leading experiences and develop best practice digital teams, are underpinned by your best practice knowledge across digital fields, exceptional leadership skills, strong stakeholder management capability and ability to galvanise diverse groups of people around a common mission. You have deep knowledge of digital delivery and Human Centred Design in an Agile environment, with significant experience in complex decision making requiring high levels of judgement.
