Hawksworth have been engaged by one of Australia’s leading Superannuation businesses to help source a Project Coordinator on an initial 6-month day rate contract - the incumbent will assist a Senior Project Manager with an interesting business focused financial investment simplification project. Our client is happy to look at profiles of a senior project coordinator or junior project manager.

**Duties + Requirements**
- Min 5 years Project coordination experience ideally with some financial services experience (min 2 years FS exp)
- Worked within business focused projects (this role doesn’t have a technology focus)
- Self starter, motivated and relevant project management certifications including Prince2 or PMI are favoured but not essential.
- Extensive and proven stakeholder management skills
- Highly skilled in data entry and status report preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders, business and technical team members
- Be able to effectively manage competing priorities
- Minute taking for meetings and assist with adhoc administration
- Change Management
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence highly beneficial
