**The Role**:
This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you be responsible for providing support to the various business units with their fleet requirements as well as adhoc work requests/escalations

The Fleet Coordinator will be located at the Melbourne Head Office in Docklands as part of the Programmed Group Procurement team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration of daily operational tasks associated with fleet management
- Administration of the delivery of the fleet plan by the Fleet Management Company
- Ensuring that processes are followed
- Upholding data integrity
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships
- General Administrative duties

**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:

- Experience within fleet coordination or fleet administration
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
