**Aufgaben**:

- The Opportunity
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team at Mercedes-Benz in a 8 month fixed-term opportunity. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Fleet Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of service and administrative support to the Fleet Sales team, ensuring our Key Account Managers are best supported to enable smooth transactions with our customers.
- Key responsibilities:
- Update customer tracking sheets, supply requirements, vehicle logistics and customer queries
- Provide key administrative support to all aspects of key account manager, including invoicing, reporting, dealer claims and procurement management
- Support sales planning and reporting
- Set up vendor and customer accounts, creating and goods receipts of POs and assist Accounts Payable with invoicing
- Vehicle logistics coordination and support
- End to end invoice management
- Continuous improvement of processes
- General/ad-hoc administrative support to Fleet Sales team
