A fantastic opportunity became available for a light vehicles fleet coordinator / Business partner located in Fairfield. Permanent position, 90k + super

**Your new company**

**Your new role**
You will need to provide efficient fleet management for the 170 cars available located in 4 different states under the direction and support of the service manager. Some of the tasks are listed below;
- Oversee the daily operations of the fleet by administer pool booking system, fuel card replacement, monthly reporting, FBT reporting, process of traffic infringements and insurance claims and other fleet related activities using SmartFleet
- Be the first point of contact and providing an excellent customer service.
- Establish and maintain a catalogue of commercial fleet vehicle products and services to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Manage internal and external fleet related enquiries and escalations of issues.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have a previous experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated experience managing a large national fleet covering outsourced fleet providers, leased and owned vehicles.
- Being able to implement relevant fleet and OH&S related policies and procedure
- Have a strong communication and customer service skill.
- Well developed contract management skills.
