Fleet Coordinator position available Located in Dockland | Immediate Start | 2 days WFH | 77k + super on offer

**Your new company**

You will be working for a leader within the Australian Energy infrastructure located all around Australia, due to they constant growth the fleet management team is looking for a new person to help looking after 1000 vehicles.

**Your new role**

You will need to provide efficient fleet management and help desk skills to be able to help the 3 other member of the team to look after 1000 light vehicles located in 4 different states under the direction and support of the service manager. Some of the tasks are listed below;
- Be the first point of contact and providing an excellent customer service.
- Manage internal and external fleet related enquiries and escalations of issues.
- Support supplier relationship management and contract management for the Fleet category
- Manage escalations and reporting to the Fleet Administrator/National Fleet Manager / Stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need to have a previous experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated experience as a fleet coordinator
- Being able to implement relevant fleet and OH&S related policies and procedure
- Have a strong communication and customer service skill.
- Intermediate to advanced level of skill in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
