**What this job involves**:
We've got an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team across two residential assets In this role, you will work onsite across a dedicated portfolio and be apart of the RESIpm team where you are provided with training and mentoring to grow your career.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Attend to any customers and contractors with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times
General administrative duties as specified by the Property Manager
Ensure all tenants, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive manner
Arranging and attending inspections with potential tenants
Create listings and advertise apartments
Communicate with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
QLD Certificate of Registration required
