**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Our office is looking for an Inspections Assistant with a background in cleaning to join our team on a full time basis.

You will be supplied with a company car, work laptop, phone, iPad and the opportunity to work from home when many other companies are going back to working from an office. The role involves but is not limited to, doing open homes for rental properties, doing entry, routine and exit inspections and, performing basic monthly cleaning

There is potential to grow in this role and move up to become a fully qualified property manager within our team

Start Small Property is an up-and-coming real estate agency that only does property management. We specialise in Co-Living, Rooming and Shared Accommodation in Townsville, down to Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane. As such, management is different from “normal” rentals and generally there is something different to do every day.

If you are an investor or interested in investing, you will have the opportunity to learn various strategies from others in the business who are seasoned investors as well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
