About the Role

Our office operates a portfolio based property management system.   The successful candidate will have the full responsibility of their own portfolio and should be proficient and capable in all areas of property portfolio management. Administrative and management support is provided. 

Pre-requisites for the role

• Minimum two years experience in property portfolio management

• Current QLD real estate registration certificate

• Current Drivers Licence

• Professional presentation 

Skills required for the role

• Experience with Property Management software

• Ability to take full ownership of both the role and the portfolio

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• First class customer service skills

• Proactive and enthusiastic team member

• A happy & positive attitude with a passion for Property Management
