**Your role**

As the Senior Developer, your main focus will be to create an architectural vision and lead the integration stream to bring the MyWorkZone initiatives, strategy, and framework to life. You’ll work closely with Systems Integrators and Agency stakeholders to coordinate related activities.

**What you’ll do**

Key Responsibilities:

- Integration Leadership: Ensure top-notch solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and deployed in the integration area.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and manage improvement initiatives for the SAP/non-SAP & Edge and Legacy integration tier at MyWorkZone. Develop, review, and maintain processes and governance for managing outsourced projects, operations, and platform administration.
- Operational Support: Establish and manage a sustained operational support model that delivers agreed service levels and costs for stakeholders, supporting broader Application Service requirements.

- Innovative Strategies: Operate in a complex organization undergoing significant changes, using innovative strategies to deliver successful and sustainable services.
- Information Management: Address varying levels of information maturity and operational commitment across DCJ, educating business areas on best practices.
- Balancing Needs: Identify and balance the needs of roadmap-initiated programs and Business-as-usual operations for multiple changes and work programs in a complex, evolving business environment.
