**About the role**
To lead the data analysis efforts for the Voice of Schools program, and to provide actionable insights to support the improvement of the education experience for students, families, and educators in NSW.
- Responsibilities:_
- Oversee the data analysis for the program, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the research team to design and implement data analysis strategies that support primary research efforts.
- Analyse customer feedback data and identify areas for improvement in the education experience.
- Develop and maintain data analysis dashboards and reports to communicate findings to initiative owners and senior leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations to initiative owners based on data analysis, tying in with the work of the research team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data science and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to ensure the data analysis efforts align with the overall program strategy.
- Integrate data from various sources to build comprehensive and meaningful insights.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, customer experience, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience using data analysis tools, such as Tableau, SQL, Python and R.
- Strong data integration skills and experience working with multiple data sources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
