**Your role**

**What you’ll do**
- Support the management of DCJ’s data and information systems, including day-to-day operations, small projects, and cloud collaboration. Use tools like Google Cloud Platform, SharePoint Online, Atlassian, Adobe Experience Manager, and web forms to deliver secure and efficient solutions.
- Work across teams to provide clear guidance and solve complex data challenges. Reporting to the Director of Information Management, you’ll help align practices with DCJ’s strategic goals.

Your technical expertise, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills, will help drive better outcomes and support DCJ’s commitment to effective data and information practices.

- Implement and maintain best-practice data and information standards
- Use tools like Google Cloud Platform, SharePoint Online, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Adobe Experience Manager, and web forms to support collaboration and data processes
- Manage small projects, track tasks, and support business priorities
- Maintain systems and tools to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support data governance
