**The Role**

You'll be developing our travel business and help onboard accommodation partners, support their integration with our systems, and ensure they’re set up for success on our platform. You’ll communicate directly with partners, develop ideas, and help drive the performance of their listings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of partners and act as their main point of contact
- Assist with the integration and testing of tools such as booking engines, channel managers, extranets, and APIs
- Guide partners through onboarding and connectivity setup
- Ensure data accuracy (rates, content, availability) and troubleshoot setup issues
- Support the organization of online partner sessions (webinars, virtual onboarding, etc.)
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with hotel operators and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve partner performance

**You Bring**
- 2-5+ years in travel, hospitality, or booking technology (hotel systems, OTAs, SaaS)
- Familiarity with booking engines, channel managers, or extranet tools
- Maintain clear and professional communication with partner contacts to assist with platform adoption and performance
- Ability to prioritise, solve problems, and work independently
- Based in Australia with full work rights; license for travel is a bonus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $58,390.83 - $127,029.77 per year

Expected hours: 7 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
