**About the role**:
This role will have an in depth understanding of their regional education community through engaging, managing and maintaining the end-to-end lifecycle of the customer relationship.

**About you**:

- Creates opportunity to prospect and cold call potential customers and is driven by self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) across a diverse audience
- Establishes and maintains long term, mutually beneficial relationships with business customers and gains their trust and respect
- Ability to effectively manage difficult customers and situations whilst remaining calm and in control
- Effective stakeholder management skills (internal and external customers)
- Effective negotiation skills with an ability to effectively educate and influence the customer
- Able to work in and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent time management with and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
