**East Bentleigh Vet Clinic are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to join and lead our team**

East Bentleigh Vet Clinic is a modern purpose-built hospital, with a caring and experienced team of veterinarians and nurses who are committed to providing excellent customer service and exceptional pet care. **It’s only right to appoint a Practice Manager ready to support our team and oversee the effective operations of the practice, this role will see you**:

- Managing team and client satisfaction
- General support in day-to-day operations
- Supporting the team in their development
- New team member recruitment and induction
- Managing Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Rostering, payroll processing and annual leave coordination
- Coordinating regular team meetings and conducting regular team training sessions
- Managing equipment maintenance and repairs
- Managing WHS compliance

**Perhaps you're an experienced veterinary nurse looking to step up into a management role? Or you may have previous management experience within a healthcare/similar industry.**

**You also have**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written, IT and communication skills
- Demonstrated client relationship building skills
- A hard-working and a hands-on approach to your work
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved at all levels, with energy and drive
- Sound business knowledge and financial understanding with the ability to review financial information, set and achieve targets, and implement effective plans
