**About the Position**

Sitting within the Operations and Maintenance Business Unit, the role provides efficient and confidential support to ensure effective operation of the Environment, Parks & Landscape Service Unit and Civil Infrastructure Service Unit.

Our high achieving team prides itself on providing exceptional levels of customer service and a positive and collaborative approach in all their work, so we require a professional and experienced customer support officer to complement this standard.

This position will play a vital role in the administration, customer liaison, project updates, publications and generation of reports. The position will work closely with other support officers at the Administration Centre and you may be required to relieve in a similar position at the Operations Centre, should the need arise.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to make a contribution to our dynamic City.

**About You**

We are excited to meet our new administration support officer who has:

- Previous administrative and customer service focussed experience within an technical environment.
- Technical research and report writing skills.
- Advanced computer literacy skills ie Microsoft Office.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills including the ability to effectively communicate with a broad cross section of people and groups.
- Experience in prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Commitment to a delivering an outstanding service and customer experience.

**Salary**: $82,049- $87,516 depending on qualifications and experience.
