The City is seeking a motivated, qualified and suitably experienced professional to contribute to the development and adminstering of the City's building and minor capital works programs as well as planning, co-ordination and controlling of effective maintenance, repair and improvement of the City's buildings and facilities.

The successful applicant will possess;
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant engineering and/or trade qualification including all licencing requirements in a relevant field or suitable experience in comparable field
- Experience with building and facility design and construction, ideally in the areas of HVAC, electrical and/or hydraulic
- Experience in the preparation and administration of goods and services, minor works tenders and contracts.
- Developed financial management skills
- A high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and internal systems.

**Salary**: $89,244 - $96,116 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
