We are looking for you as a
**Civil Supervisor**: Start ASAP | Solar PV EPC projects | Mining Client | Full-time fixed term

The Australian subsidiary has been operating since 2015 is currently delivering multiple utility scale and hybrid renewable projects located both on-grid and off-grid. Driven by the increasing demand for utility scale solar and wind systems, JUWI is expanding its delivery capability in Australia. JUWI has offices in Perth and Brisbane.

**Objectives**:

- The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for onsite supervision of Civil and Building construction works on solar PV EPC projects Australia including full responsibility for technical, environmental heritage and safety compliance, quality, schedule, and integration control.
Duties include:

- Adhere and enforce the client’s safety standards (mining sector), and JUWI’s systems and procedures applicable to the project, maintain JUWI’s project HSE and site safety standards
- Understand the client's project specification and contract requirements scope and lead time of equipment
- Report to the construction manager in managing the daily construction plan and associated work orders and day works
- Report to the construction manager in the completion of scope, quality (QA&QC) and project milestones with respect to the project requirements
- Managing the civil subcontractors for the completion of the JUWI scope of work in close cooperation with the other trade Site Supervisors and the Construction Manager
- Responsible for the submission and accuracy of the ITP, /TR, SI and RF/s relevant to the project
- Ensure EPC photovoltaic projects are built according to design common local and JUWI standards
- Support the construction manager with cross functional co-ordination with the Engineering, Project management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and all support functions as needed

**Your Profile**:

- Demonstrated experience in civil construction supervision, including experience supervising concrete pour, roadworks and drilling.
- Excellent knowledge of current Australian Standards, Building codes, Acts and Regulations
- Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and quality industry practices
- Construction Industry White Card
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and organize own work load including flexibility in working hours as projects may require e.g. roster
- Desirable but not mandatory_
- Civil Engineering degree
- Qualification in Construction Supervision or Management
- Experience in the renewables energy sector
