**TEN Recruitment** are in partnership with a privately owned WA civil contractor with over 20 years’ experience delivering a wide scope of civil and infrastructure projects for clients including State Government Agencies and private clients across both regional and metropolitan road networks. Our client is currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to work regionally on a drive in, drive out basis on road construction projects located throughout regional WA.

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Assist with the development and establishment of the project schedule.
- Drive team performance and be the focal point for any technical enquiries.
- Lead work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources in accordance with operational procedures.
- Promote and foster a positive and safe culture on site.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Forecast project works and resource requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of project, as per its schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site crew and activities to ensure they are being performed in accordance with the HSEQ requirements.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years civil construction experience (road construction, earthworks, drainage or concrete).
- Experience working as a Civil Supervisor.
- Able and willing to travel / stay in regional locations for the purpose of delivery of works packages.
- Current drivers’ licence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant statutory regulation and procedures.
- An ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high pressure, fast paced work environment.
- Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to coach/mentor other junior staff, plant operators and labourers.
