**Civil Supervisor**

We are seeking experienced **Civil Supervisors** to join our team in various locations around Australia including Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Opportunities exist for both **immediate start **and upcoming projects.

As a Civil Supervisor, your duties and tasks will be broad and varied including:

- Leading, managing, coaching and supporting a broad range of trades, operators and semi-skilled workers
- Team development and upskilling to support business retention and employee growth
- Establishing and leading a culture of safety and environmental discipline
- Ensuring a level of compliance with project and business standards and processes
- Daily and weekly reporting on progress including working closely with engineering
- Management and coordination of subcontractors and their onboarding
- Coordinate and lead specific scopes of work as they relate to project execution

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous project supervision experience on projects including roads, bridges, earthworks and/or concrete within a site based civil construction environment
- Strong people leadership skills with the proven ability to establish a high performing team
- Strong analytical and reporting skills including a high level of attention to detail
- Well-developed people and communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
