Based in Western Australia, the company was established to provide the Australian mining, resources, and construction industry with an innovative and flexible approach to project delivery and customer support. We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our growing team in WA on a 2/1 Roster.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all construction activities on the mine site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction personnel and subcontractors.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
  • Monitor and address any environmental concerns or compliance issues related to construction activities.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets project standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
  • Foster positive working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Manage on-site resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and manpower
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact construction progress or quality.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions for unforeseen challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • White Card
  • Section 26 or 44 Supervisor
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on mine site construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote locations
  • Previous experience with HDPE and Earthworks
