**TEN Recruitment **have partnered up with a well-established, Perth based earthworks contractor to source for a talented and dedicated
**Civil Supervisor**. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company and provide a professional surveying service on a range of civil earthworks projects.

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Ensure timely delivery of project, as per its schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
- monitor site crew and activities to ensure they are being performed in accordance with the HSEQ requirements.
- Assist with the development and establishment of the project schedule.
- Drive team performance and be the focal point for any technical enquiries.
- Lead work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources in accordance with operational procedures.
- Promote and foster a positive and safe culture on site.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Forecast project works and resource requirements.
- 4+ years' experience as Civil supervisor
- Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to coach/mentor other junior staff, plant operators and labourers.
- An ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high pressure, fast paced work environment.
- A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health above all else.
- Significant experience in delivering civil & utility projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant statutory regulation and procedures.
- Experience in bulk earthworks & road construction projects will be highly advantageous.
