HR Coordinator/ Advisor | Federal Gov agency | Sydney CBD | 3 months | up to $45ph + Super

You will be working for a Federal Government Agency with offices in the heart of Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**

You will be working as part of a fast-paced People and Culture team providing support across the various sections of the P&C team.

**Duties**:

- Coordinating recruitment and selection processes including preparing and posting advertisements, drafting position descriptions, and preparing and issuing employment documentation
- Responsible for actioning the day-to-day general enquiries received in the P&C mailbox
- Providing policy, procedure and Enterprise Agreement advice and support to line managers and employees
- Performing other general reporting and administrative activities that support the People & Culture function
- Assist with project work on an ad-hoc basis

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven relevant experience in a similar role providing HR advice and support to employees and managers
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels, including managers and executives
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- APS background will be highly regarded
