**Key Role Details**:

- Hourly rate of $26.77 p/h + Super + Incentives
- Incentive payments of up to $480 per month
- Ongoing and secure opportunities
- Full time and part time roles available, PT roles must attend FT training for 4 weeks and at least 30 hours per week after training
- Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 8pm. Reclaim your weekend
- Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station

**Role Duties**:
You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time.

**Who are you?**

You want to help and believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must
- Must be an **Australian Citizen** and at least **18 years of age**:

- Eager to work towards goals and targets
- Confident and capable in using computers and systems
- Passionate about customer service
- Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
