Ray White Concierge is seeking a Customer Service and Admin Specialist to join our professional communications team. As a part of the Ray White Corporate group, we're the first point of contact for clients across Australia and New Zealand purchasing a home looking to take advantage of our wonderful buyers experience services.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with energy and enthusiasm. In this role, you will be the friendly & confident voice of Ray White Concierge, making a fantastic first impression on all inbound calls from Ray White customers and network members. You'll also manage incoming emails and a variety of administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Be the frontline team member and the voice of Ray White Concierge for our inbound calls.
• Handle a variety of admin duties, including managing customer email inboxes, setting calendar appointments, and preparing the office for meetings.
• Become an expert on our suite of Concierge services so you can confidently educate clients on what's available to them.

• Genuinely enjoy delighting customers and delivering a high level of customer service
• Can confidently think on your feet
• Are eager to learn and grow, and value feedback for ongoing development
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

• Be able to commit to Full time employment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a vibrant and positive attitude
• Have administration, reception or similar experience
