This is an exciting opportunity to represent Australia's largest telecommunications company, you will answer calls from everyday Aussies, calling through with enquiries for new and existing Telstra services and products.

**Job Description**:
**What it means to be apart of our team**:

- ** Fully paid comprehensive training**: We will take you through our 5 week training period, where we teach you everything from Telstra products, customer handling and sales techniques
- ** Learn while you earn**: You will be eligible to complete a Cert III in Business, during work hours, fully paid by us
- ** WFH Options**: After you've practised what we teach, you can work from home 2 days per week
- ** Uncapped Commissions**: You perform
- we pay, earning fortnightly commissions. On track earnings will have you earning over $80, 000 per year

**What you'll do**:

- Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution
- Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle
- Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
- Take ownership, withhold confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances
- Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required

- Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up
- Availability to work Monday - Saturday, between 8am - 7pm (penalty rates apply)
