Claims Assistant

What are my accountabilities?
- Provide outstanding service and claims administration support to our Loss Adjusters
- Manage claims into our claims management system
- Client communication and coordinating appointments
- Processing payments and assist with settlement of claims

About you:

- Passionate about customer service and well organised
- An ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
- A drivers licence and motivation to learn
