Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Insurance Broking Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Broking Assistant, you will provide vital support to our Senior Brokers, ensuring a seamless and professional service for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of new business quotes, policy renewals, and endorsements.
  • Managing client documentation, including policy schedules and invoices.
  • Liaising with clients and insurers to handle queries and provide updates.
  • Assisting with the claims process from notification to settlement.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our broking system.
  • General administrative support for the broking team.

About You:

You are a proactive and organised individual with a passion for client service and a keen interest in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the general insurance industry (broking experience is highly desirable).
  • Tier 1 & 2 in General Insurance Broking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, team-player attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
