We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is a hands-on admin role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating customer jobs, supporting our technicians, and keeping everything organised.

Your main duties will include:


• Communicating with customers to schedule services, repairs, and installations


• Preparing and sending quotes for doors, motors, and materials


• Maintaining accurate customer and job files in our project management system


• Coordinating schedules with client coordinators and the construction team


• Tracking job progress, payments, and invoicing


• Assisting with warranty claims and supplier orders

About You

We're after someone who's organised, proactive, and great with people. You'll bring:


• Experience in an administration, scheduling, or customer service role


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.)


• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping


• A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to learn


• Basic understanding of building materials or trades (handy, but not essential — we'll train you)
