We are looking for a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Manager to define our strategy and execute plans to deliver growth for JDE Peet’s in the DTC space.
Working within a highly experienced marketing team, you’ll operate autonomously while receiving the support of an exceptional global team.
You’ll play a key role in defining the value proposition, translating the brand and providing an outstanding consumer experience on the current L’OR AU webshop and any future JDE AU webshops, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive traffic and achieve sales objectives.
You will be based in the North Sydney office, where we have a hybrid work policy (3 days WFO + 2 days WFH).
In this role, you will:
- Lead the D2C (including CRM) strategy and execution for AU brands
- Ensure the right product vision and aligned roadmap
- Deliver the financial results, have full P&L ownership and grow the AU DTC business
- Own and oversee the full value chain: end-to-end product ownership
- Manage stock forecasting and promotional planning
- Work closely together with our Brand Managers on delivering our brand story and bringing to life brand partnerships (e.g. Masterchef) both within AU webshops and through the CRM channel
- Work in collaboration with our media agency and Media Manager delivering the performance media strategy to drive traffic to and sales through AU webshops
- Monthly reporting to AU Management Team on growth in line with strategy and KPIs
- Manage key relationships with global and local JDE stakeholders to ensure we leverage global systems and support while remaining focused on delivering local strategy and targets

For this role as a DTC and eCommerce Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in running DTC platforms in the consumer products industry
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills including working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with e-commerce platforms including Shopify
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce and Mailchimp
- Preferably previous experience with performance-based media and digital marketing
- Valid AU working rights
