**Job Description**:
We are looking for a motivated individual, who is a self
- starter, loves a fast-paced environment and can build great stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

Providing industry knowledge to our consumers and clients; both legislative and regulatory, along with delivering exceptional service as the face of our brand over the phone within the Experian Credit Bureau.

If you have a background in the Customer Service Industry either face to face or over the phone, are interested in expanding your Customer Experience skill set, build on your Stakeholder Relationships skills, and are looking to get your foot in the door of a global company, then this is the perfect role for you

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian**
- Strong Understanding of Privacy Act rules and regulations, Knowledge of Credit Bureau Industry and Legislative Obligations
- Excellence in Customer Service Standards and attention to detail. Highly skilled telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills
- Strong Team Player and a ‘Can Do’ attitude to ‘Win Together’
- Ability to Manage a variety of tasks, show initiative and can work independently
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly to customers ranging from executive-level management to entry-level employees.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment with a proven ability to work well under pressure

**Work that matters - What you’ll be doing**

**_Consumer Operations _**
- Day to Day Case and call Management for Client and Consumer enquiries within the Bureau.
- First time Resolution of Consumer and Client calls within the Call Centre, completes KYC obligations and resolves query effectively
- Educates consumers on legislation, Bureau updates and regulations.
- Provides support and assistance to Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Share new ways of working and implement changes
