Where the team fits in

Reporting to the Fulfilment Solutions Manager, this role supports a team of Fulfilment Consultants, driving adoption, process documentation in co-ordination with the Customer Support Operations teams.

The Fulfilment Solutions Workflow Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of programs, process, and tools that enable the Fulfilment team to effectively drive solutions for our adoption of REA products, contributing to their long term success with these products. Providing fast, timely and accurate administrative support and problem solving related to customer product onboarding and adoption for the Customer Success Team.

What The Role Is All About- Identifying tiered customers and Delegating tasks to Onshore/Offshore team dependent on Tiered status- Managing and setting stakeholder expectations- Initiates and managing notification and Escalation processes.- Over-aching scope of current and future workload- Work with stakeholders such as Product Managers, Sales Enablement Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Support Manager and Customer Support Managers to align on customer and/or product journeys- Stay aligned with Go -to-Market strategies and initiatives, identify where Fulfilment Solutions is impacted and can lean in

Who We’re Looking For- Experience in similar role- Excellent attention to detail, time management, prioritization and communication skills- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence co-workers from multiple disciplines on a daily basis- Ability to set priorities, accomplish objectives in a timely manner and manage several projects at once- Self-starter able to scope and deliver on key projects with little or no supervision- Have a logical and process-orientated mindset- Work in or be flexible to work in an agile and fast paced environment- General problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively- Someone who thrives working as a part of a team with colleagues who are equally passionate about the customer experience- Comfort in working with a variety of CRM and inhouse systems- Someone who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens- Process Improvement skills and mindset- Someone who works productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one)
