As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in their success.

Your responsibilities will span from team leadership to strategic management. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor a dynamic sustainment team of professionals across various technology stacks.
- Collaborate with other operations managers and the service delivery manager to ensure seamless operations.

**Contract Management**:

- Drive the successful delivery of sustainment services to their Defence client.
- Uphold contractual commitments, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the refinement and evolution of systems, structures, and processes.
- Position the team for increased volumes while maintaining quality and adherence to deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in advanced leadership and management.
- ** Communication**: Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- ** Technical Exposure**: While not mandatory, familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics, or AEM is advantageous.
- ** Business Acumen**: Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- ** Education**: A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
