Diverse Concreting is a trusted Canberra-based concreting company delivering high-quality outcomes across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a reputation for precision, reliability, and integrity, we are expanding our operations and seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead from the front.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of 14 employees and manage 20–30 subcontractors
- Oversee project delivery including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and budget tracking
- Spearhead the rollout of a new CRM system to centralise HR, scheduling, and reporting
- Ensure WHS compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Proven experience in operations or project management (construction, concreting, or civil preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of WHS and regulatory compliance
- Systems mindset, with experience implementing digital tools or CRM highly regarded
- Salary package $150,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience) + laptop & phone
- Leadership role with scope to influence and grow the business
