TWG is seeking a suitably experienced Operations Manager to operate in this extremely fast paced and dynamic environment. It is desirable to have experience within the retail and events sector and flexibility to support various aspects of the business including event management, retail services and governance. This role requires working in and outside of standard business hours - you must be available weekends and nights.

You will be responsible for**:

- Managing all financial and operational services onsite
- Staff development and site execution
- Maintaining all compliance, food safety, licencing and safety regulations
- Achieving KPI and operational targets set by the business
- Daily coordination and collaboration with stakeholders and clients
