**About the Role**
- Within the ICTPA CIOG Project
- Assist the PMOLead in the provision of support services to projects
- Use Microsoft Project Server to manage and review schedule
- Track and manage dependencies between master schedule, project delivery plans and inter-dependent projects
- Ensure the delivery of the program outcomes in accordance with KPIs

**About You**
- Experience supporting multiple program and project teams, including team task management
- Ability to provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, minute taking, document management and support
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business or related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to obtain an AGSVA Security Clearance
