**The Client**
Our client provides science and technology support to safeguard Australia and its national interests.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking the services of a Project Scheduler to perform the following duties:

- Deliver Assist the PMO lead in the provision of support services to projects
- Use Microsoft Project Server to manage and report on Project Schedule
- Lead Program team schedule review and manage day to day schedule updates
- Track and manage dependencies between master schedule, project delivery plans and interdependent projects
- Ensure the delivery of Program outcomes in accordance with KPI’s (within scope, time, cost and quality)
- Assist in the establishment of program management controls and standards
- Deliver monthly updates of the Master Schedule to all stakeholders, as directed by the Commonwealth.

**About You**
Key required skills, experience and exposure include:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple program and project teams, including team task management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team and stakeholders to provide administration support including meeting scheduling, minute taking, agenda management, document management and support, including management of action items register.
- Excellent document Management skills.
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business or related field, or a combination of education and related experience proving equivalent knowledge.
