We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduler. Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.  

What You'll Do 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance project schedules to support project objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate schedule reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current project status.
  • Provide project governance support and participate in key project workshops.
  • Identify and address gaps or opportunities to improve scheduling and reporting.
  • Support broader Project Controls activities as required

What You'll Bring 

  • You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
