Rubix Solutions is representing a leading Defence consultancy seeking NV1-cleared Integrated Project Schedulers to support a high-profile Defence ICT transformation program. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a critical capability transition initiative shaping Australia's future digital defence environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, maintain, and report on complex integrated project schedules, driving visibility across multiple streams and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert scheduling insight to guide planning, risk, and delivery decisions within large-scale ICT capability programs.
  • Conduct rolling-wave planning and schedule risk analyses to ensure delivery milestones are met.
  • Integrate cost and resource data within program schedules, supporting financial forecasting and governance activities.
  • Partner with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to embed best-practice scheduling and uplift capability maturity.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated success in complex, high-tempo Defence or ICT program environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Open Plan Professional (OPP).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound understanding of project governance, risk, and earned value principles.
  • Current NV1 Security Clearance and prior Defence project experience are essential.
